A brief cardio warmup is followed by a set of isometric movements that incorporates both Pilates and Yoga. Hand weights are incorporated to get the benefits of weight-bearing exercise. Next up are “anti-aging” moves that help fire up the metabolism, improve muscle tone and definition, and help to align proper posture.
