Hi ,
Finally, the last week of 2020 and while the struggle remains real-- here is to putting 2020 in our rear view mirror and looking forward to a 2021 full of relief and brighter days.
We remain in accordance with the Governor's order that all fitness facilities must remain closed through MONDAY JAN 4TH SO this is how the studio will be operating during this enforced closure.
Barring any orders to the contrary The Yoga Whole plans to re-open to IN STUDIO CLASSES on TUESDAY JANUARY 5TH.
HOLIDAY WEEK DECEMBER 28TH THROUGH JANUARY 4TH
DEBBIE'S CLASSES:
My Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday IN STUDIO yoga classes will be taking a THREE WEEK BREAK. As per request from various participants I will be providing pre-recorded class videos (these will be free). Here is hoping I will see you all back on our collective studio mats early in the New Year.
LYNNE'S CLASSES:
Lynne will be moving all of her classes to LIVE ZOOM and will teach NO IN STUDIO CLASSES through *fingers crossed* JAN 4th.

We work with the Release Response, combining movement and breath with a focal point to provide the perfect recipe for a calm quiet peaceful mind. Plus a relaxing meditation at the close.
WEDNESDAY EVENING YOGA
A mixed level class and yes it features core (even Dead Bug)! And I continued our work with Pigeon Pose. Neck work. Breathe work. Calm stress free quiet minds. Worked for me I hope it works for you.
SATURDAY MORNING YOGA
A mixed level class that features subdued breath using the Pranayama practice of breath reduction. Followed by stretching while seated, standing poses and well as hands & knees. Practice ends with a revisit to the reduced breath Pranayama.

This is a mantra to Ganesha (the remover of obstacles) and his incarnated energy-Vinayaka which translates as "something under control". Don't think I need to say more about how the energy of this mantra might be useful spread out into the world right now.
