As a reminder:
All studio events and classes are cancelled. This was a difficult decision, but the health and safety of teachers and students is our priority.
In the meanwhile:
Lynne and I have been busy recording virtual classes. Please forgive our amateur status and know that our intentions are good spirited even if our recording skills definitely need polishing.

While rambling along Google I found this rather wonderful meditation by Jason Stephenson which I like very much--from his entrancing accent to the opportunity to magically fly away from reality for a while. The meditation is 30 minutes long. The guided portion lasts for approximately 25 minutes and then allows for an optional 5 minutes of silent solo meditation to music.
